the cost of our team building sessions are usually tied to duration of the team building session, and the activity choice. as an indication, our half-day teambuilding packages conducted by an experienced trainer start from a minimum of S$3,500 for a group size of up to 20 participants. full day teambuilding packages start from S$4,200 for below and up to 20 participants. top-ups for additional participants start from S$105 per pax for half-day & S$175 per pax for full day.
these sessions are conducted by one of our trainers (who are very experienced), & who will make observations throughout the game and give a debrief session to bring out learning objectives.
do note that venue, transport and food and beverage expenditure are separate, additional charges.
special pricing schemes exist for larger group sizes of 100 persons and above.

• can you do team building for 5 people?

most definitely!
to date, the most intimate group size we have conducted a team building session for was for 4 senior-level participants. our minimum charge-out rates (indicated in the previous FAQ topic above) still apply, thus the upfront costs may seem a little on the exorbitant side. the costs are usually justified because when the group size is small, we would delve deeper into issues, and the trainer would expound on learning values at a more in-depth level. the interactions and sharing amongst participants are also more personal.

• can you conduct team building outside Singapore?

our team building sessions are mostly conducted in Singapore and Hong Kong (we have a Hong Kong office that caters to Greater China, Taiwan and Japan).
we have, however, either followed our clients, or have been invited to Malaysia (Johor Bahru, Desaru, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Langkawi), Indonesia (Batam, Bintan and Bali), Thailand (Chiang Mai and Koh Samui) and People's Republic of China (Macau, Shenzhen, Beijing, Guangdong and Sanya).
we are able to accommodate regional travel in our schedules, as we can carry along the logistics and execute many of our team building programmes in most cities. our clients would have to arrange for and provide transportation, lodging and meals for our team when we travel.

• how long should a team building session be?

we would recommend a full day or more for team building, especially if the client has specific objectives to achieve. having said that, we do have clients who bring us in as a prelude to meetings, or engage our services to break the monotony or to buffer the seriousness of seminars or meetings.

we are flexible with different durations in which our team building services are required.

• can team building be held at our office?

we have team building activities that can be conducted indoors. your internal meeting room should work, as long as there is LCD projection with sufficient room for the participants be seated in long/ round table clusters with some empty pockets of space for movement. we do not recommend boardroom layouts for team building sessions unless it is for very small group sizes.

a large majority of our clients do prefer a more refreshing environment for their staff and would often opt for off-site venues, away from the familiarity of the office, like a country club or hotel.

• can we do team building during our D&D

as mentioned above, there are indoor team building games which can be played during dinner and dance events – they are mostly either gameshow-styled activities.
duration of these games can last from 1 to 2.5 hours.

• which trainer would we be getting?

once your team building session is confirmed, we would allocate a main trainer to conduct the team building event. our trainers are all experienced, and have conducted team building for varied group sizes and audiences like government agencies, government-related organisations and MNCs. however, if you should have any preference for a particular trainer, we could try to make arrangements for that trainer to conduct your session, as long as his/her schedule permits at the time of your confirmation.
